Youngest Son Beekeeping - Spun Honey
This is honey the way it’s meant to be. Pure, raw and unpasteurized, just as it comes from the hive. Sourced from family-run hives in the fields around Austin and MacGregor, Manitoba, this spun honey is slowly and naturally crystallized to create a smooth, buttery texture that’s easy to spread and endlessly versatile.
With a rich floral sweetness and velvety consistency, it’s made for morning toast, fresh biscuits and weekend baking. Stir it into tea or coffee for gentle sweetness or enjoy it by the spoonful - there’s no wrong way. Crafted in small batches by Youngest Son Beekeeping, this is a true Prairie pantry staple made with care, patience and pride.
Based just outside MacGregor, Manitoba, Youngest Son Beekeeping is Dale Lewis’ continuation of a proud family tradition. Raised in the bee yards of Austin, Dale grew up surrounded by honey, hive boxes and the quiet rhythm of a life built around bees. Today, he’s crafting small-batch spun honey and bold BBQ sauces that honour those roots. Local, honest and made with care - this is Prairie flavour at its best.
