Farmer's Son Co. candles and accessories make perfect gifts for any occasion. To include a personalized note with your order, please write it in the order notes field and we'll share it with your recipient on a Farmer's Son Co. postcard.
Invoices are not included in gift orders, so recipients will not see the price of the order.

Here’s how our gift cards work: gift cards are delivered by email after purchase and contain redemption instructions; we do not ship physical gift cards. If you'd like the gift card sent directly to the recipient's inbox, please include their email address at checkout, not yours. Or feel free to email it to yourself and then forward or print the gift card afterwards.
Gift cards are available in $25, $50, $100, $150 and $200 increments only and there are no additional processing fees.

As an artisan studio, we craft each and every Farmer’s Son Co. candle by hand. As such, we are only able to offer so many pieces and are unable to offer our candles to everyone that is interested. We’re open to new wholesale opportunities that we deem a good brand fit. We reserve the right to say no to any opportunity that we feel may not be in the best interest of our brand. We reserve the right to turn down opportunities that don't lineup fit / business ethics wise.
We prefer to limit the number of stockist partners per retail market to ensure fairness of existing shops carrying our range.

We offer international shipping to the USA only, but hope to add additional countries in the near future.
We currently offer international shipping to the USA only. American orders will arrive within approx. 5-10 business days once shipped. Shipping rates are calculated by weight + delivery destination.
International customs + duties are determined by the receiving country and are the customer's responsibility to pay.

Orders under $99 to BC/AB/SK/MB/ON will be charged a flat shipping rate of $14 CAD.

Please remember that we are an independetly owned and operated artisan studio. We're not a multi-national conglomerate and as such our shipping fees reflect what we, as a small brand pay.
All orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days. Please allow for additional processing time around major sales or during holidays.
Once picked up and scanned in by our carriers, domestic orders shipped within Canada may take 2-10 business days to arrive, depending on location. Rural locations and addresses in the territories may take longer.
Orders shipped to the USA will arrive within approx. 5-10 transit days.
Please note: once a package is shipped, the tracking information is outside of our control and the final delivery is out of our hands. We are currently unable to replace missing or stolen packages. It is the responsibility of the purchaser contact the carrier to file an insurance claim.
It can take up to 48 hours to update once a shipping label has been created. If you haven't received any updates after 48 hours, please reach out to our team at email@example.com and we'll be happy to review and advise. We also recommend contacting the carrier directly with any shipping related issues since they'll have more information available.
Farmer's Son Co. ships parcels Monday through Friday only. Orders placed after 11am each Friday are shipped the following Monday / Tuesday.
We’ve gotten pretty good at making sure we pack things well but sometimes your local carrier has some anger they’re looking to work through and our packages take the fall.
If your candles arrived damaged please reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and proof of damage within 48 hours of receiving your shipment.
Please avoid leaving your packages outside in the hot summer sun when possible.
As soon as a package leaves our lab, delivery time (including delays) is up to the carrier. We kindly ask that clients allow 3-5 business days from the delivery date for the package to hopefully find its way to the correct address. Sometimes carriers may mark a package as delivered before it actually reaches it's destination or in some cases, the package has been delivered to an Access Point/Locker for customer pickup. We recommend contacting the carrier directly with any shipping/delivery related issues since they'll have more information available.
We also encourage clients to double-check that your shipping address is correct before checking out; Farmer's Son Co. is not liable for missing/lost/stolen packages due to incorrectly entered shipping information and we’re unable to request address changes with the carrier once the package has been processed.

Returns and exchanges
Due to the handcrafted nature of our candles, all candles ordered through our website are final sale with exception of possible manufacturing defects.
If you’re experiencing an issue with your pieces, please reach out to us and we’ll see if they can share some troubleshooting tips.
We do not accept exchanges on gifted pieces.
