Online Refund + Exchange Policy

Online shopping is amazing. We are proud to offer a uniquely curated selection of goods, including many from small makers and family-owned businesses around the world. As a small business, shipping is very expensive - we do not get postage or courier deals like Amazon or other big corporations. The amount we charge for shipping rarely covers the actual cost of shipping. Therefore, to reduce the chance that a product is not right for you, we encourage you to reach out to us with your questions! Need a better idea on the colour or fragrances? Perhaps additional dimensions? Would you like some additional pictures of the product? Please email us at charley@farmerssonco.com! We would be happy to provide you as much detail about each of our products as we can.

Please note that all holiday ornaments and accessories are final sale after December 1st. 

Due to the handcrafted nature of our pieces, all candles and incense are final sale. Unsure of a scent? We encourage you to pickup or order one of our sample kits. Think of each kit as a flight of fragrance.

Items being shipped back to us for return or exchange must be postage paid and shipped in their original or equivalent packaging. For returns, the cost of shipping will not be refunded. For exchanges, the cost of shipping the item back to the customer will be covered by us. One exchange is permitted.

We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns. We highly recommend you include insurance when you purchase postage for returns. We will not provide refunds or exchanges for product that is returned damaged. Refunds will be issued once the product has been received in good condition. Exchanges will ship out after the product has been received in good condition.

Candle Canteen Refund & Exchange Policy

Non-candle and incense returns are accepted within 15 days of purchase for refund or exchange on unused products in their original condition. Items returned with a gift receipt are eligible for exchange only. Original packaging must accompany returns. Receipt required for returns. Candles and incense are final sale.
