Shipping policy

FARMER'S SON CO. - 1079 WELLINGTON AVENUE, UNIT 115, WINNIPEG

  • Orders can be picked up Monday - Friday, from 10am - 5pm, Saturday from 10-3. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup. Please ensure that you have received your confirmation email before picking up your order to ensure that our team has been able to process your order.
  • Orders placed before 1pm during business hours (Monday - Saturday) will be available for pickup same day. Orders placed outside these hours will be available for pickup the next day we are open.
  • Please note that additional time may be required to fill your order during seasonal launches and during the holiday season.
  • Please note that we take the odd mental health day as a team and are closed on the usual holiday dates. We'll let you know if there's any changes to our hours of operation when sending your pickup instructions.

FLAT RATE SHIPPING

  • Orders are generally shipped within 72 hours (Monday - Friday) using Canada Post or UPS. Canada Post and UPS's delivery standard is 2 - 7 days. Flat rate shipping fee of $25 on orders under $125 in Manitoba, $150 the rest of Canada.
  • Free shipping on orders over $125+ in Manitoba. Free shipping on orders over $150+ for the rest of Canada (exclusive of taxes and discount).
  • Please remember that we are an independently owned and operated artisan studio. We're not a multi-national conglomerate and as such our shipping fees reflect what we, as a small brand pay.

UNDELIVERABLE PARCELS

  • It is the client's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address is correct at time of order. Parcels that are undeliverable and returned to our lab will be held until a $25 re-shipment fee has been paid by e-transfer to hello@farmerssonco.com. Alternately, parcel will be held for pickup from our Candle Canteen counter located in the front-end of our lab & creative space at 1079 Wellington Avenue, Unit 115.
  • As a small business, shipping is very expensive - we do not get postage deals like Amazon or other big corporations. The amount we charge for shipping rarely covers the actual cost of shipping.
