

Serrano Campo Real Olives
In the Campo Real region of Extremadura, Spain, some of the best-known varieties of green olives in the country are grown. These olives from the manzanilla group are the result of a long tradition and the come from centuries-old olive trees that have been cared for by several generations.
With a history like this, there is no doubt that it is a product of excellent quality. The native varieties of Campo Real are characterized by their very intense green-brown colour, abundant pulp and a firm texture that gives consistency to this large-sized fruit.
Perfect for the martini drinker who prefers a slightly nuttier, umami olive that's also not as salty as the pimento-stuffed Queen variety.
