Good Fig - Dried Fig Spread

Made in Almoharín in Spain’s Extremadura region, Good Fig Dried Fig Spread celebrates one of the area’s best-known crops: the small, naturally sweet Calabacita fig.

The figs are harvested and dried locally before being transformed into a rich, deeply fruity spread with a concentrated fig flavour and gentle sweetness. Made with 65% dried figs, it has the depth and texture that make it especially good alongside cheese and charcuterie, spooned onto warm toast, or used as an accompaniment to roasted meats.

A particularly good addition to a cheese board with sharp cheeses, aged cheddar, goat cheese or blue cheese.
