BASE NOTES: Cedarwood, Resin, Soft Vanilla

There's a quiet that belongs to the woods. The kind found beneath tall cedar and spruce, where the forest floor softens every footstep and the air carries the scent of moss, bark and damp earth. Forest Floor is inspired by those moments along Manitoba trails, where the canopy closes in and the world slows to the rhythm of wind through the trees.

It opens with dry cedar and green spice, the kind of brightness that rises from crushed needles and fresh bark. As the fragrance settles, patchouli and oakmoss deepen the composition, bringing the richness of soil, fallen leaves and shaded forest paths. Beneath it all, warm cedarwood and soft resin create a grounding base that lingers gently in the air.

Handcrafted in our Winnipeg fragrance lab and carefully blended to evoke the boreal edges of the Prairies, Forest Floor invites the calm of the woods indoors. It is a scent for slow evenings, quiet mornings and the familiar comfort of earth beneath your feet.

Each box includes 30 charcoal incense sticks. Burn time is approximately 40 to 50 minutes per stick, releasing fragrance that lingers quietly in the room for hours depending on the space.

Our charcoal incense sticks are crafted in our Winnipeg studio using fine fragrance and dipropylene glycol (DPG), a synthetic base that's commonly found in body care and home fragrance products.

Light the coated end of the incense stick with a match or lighter, allowing the flame to burn briefly until a small flame forms. Gently blow out the flame so that a glowing ember remains and a thin ribbon of smoke begins to rise.

Place the incense stick in a heat-safe holder designed to catch falling ash and allow the fragrance to develop slowly in the space. Each stick will burn gradually, releasing scent for approximately 40 to 50 minutes.

Burn in a well-ventilated room and away from drafts or flammable materials. As with all incense, never leave a burning stick unattended and keep away from children and pets.

If burning your incense stick in a bowl or dish, wipe the surface clean after use. A thin layer of fine sand or salt makes an excellent base, helping to protect the burner and catch any falling ash.

Using a proper incense holder designed for sticks will allow ash to collect safely while the fragrance burns evenly and slowly.
