The Coffee Box

There’s something about coffee that invites you to slow down. Not out of habit or routine, but because it feels right to stop for a moment. To sit with the warmth of the mug, take in the scent and savour whatever comes next. Whether it’s early morning, mid-afternoon or sometime late when the house has gone quiet, this box was made for those in-between hours.

Inside, you’ll find three bags of whole bean coffee from a few of our favourite independent Canadian roasters, Flatland Coffee Roasters from Gimli, Detour Coffee from Hamilton and Phil & Sebastian from Calgary. The specific beans may rotate with the season, but each one is selected for its quality, depth and drinkability. Whole bean, because we believe good coffee deserves a fresh grind and a little bit of intention.

We’ve also included a jar of our favourite cold brew coffee caramel from Quebec’s La Lichée. It's rich, velvety and just the right kind of indulgent. There’s also a box of crisp, buttery biscuits from Miller’s Bakery & Barista in the UK, made using traditional methods and time-tested recipes with a focus on flavour and craft.

To finish, a bottle of our own hand-dipped charcoal incense cones. Each contains 30 cones, hand-dipped in our Winnipeg lab and creative space. Fragrance will vary depending on availability (we're small-batch fragrance designers so only craft so many bottles per batch), but each one is crafted to bring a sense of calm and quiet to the everyday.

Each of our curated selections come packaged in our reusable kraft boxes that has been stamped with the Farmer's Son Co. logo then tied with our branded ribbon. We nestle all items into wood straw to ensure that they make it to you or your recipient intact. Please note, that when necessary we may substitute a component with a replacement item that is valued at the same / or higher retail value.
