Golden Ember is built around the glow that remains when the fire has settled and the night grows quiet. Inspired by evenings at the cabin, when cedar logs crackle softly and prairie winds move across the lake, this fragrance carries the warmth of firelight and the comfort of shared stories.

It begins with the gentle brightness of saffron and cedar, a warm and slightly spiced opening that rises like smoke from freshly lit wood. As the scent unfolds, palo santo and tobacco leaf bring a resinous depth that feels both familiar and timeless. In the dry down, amber and smoky woods settle in, creating a rich foundation that lingers long after the cone has finished burning.

Crafted in our Winnipeg studio and shaped by a love of prairie nights and northern cabins, Golden Ember is a fragrance profile that brings the quiet warmth of the fire indoors. It fills the room with a soft glow of cedar smoke, amber and memory.

Each handmade box includes 30 charcoal incense sticks. Burn time is approximately 40 to 50 minutes per stick, releasing fragrance that lingers quietly in the room for hours depending on the space.

Our charcoal incense sticks are crafted in our Winnipeg studio using fine fragrance and dipropylene glycol (DPG), a synthetic base that's commonly found in body care and home fragrance products.

Light the coated end of the incense stick with a match or lighter, allowing the flame to burn briefly until a small flame forms. Gently blow out the flame so that a glowing ember remains and a thin ribbon of smoke begins to rise.

Place the incense stick in a heat-safe holder designed to catch falling ash and allow the fragrance to develop slowly in the space. Each stick will burn gradually, releasing scent for approximately 40 to 50 minutes.

Burn in a well-ventilated room and away from drafts or flammable materials. As with all incense, never leave a burning stick unattended and keep away from children and pets.

If burning your incense stick in a bowl or dish, wipe the surface clean after use. A thin layer of fine sand or salt makes an excellent base, helping to protect the burner and catch any falling ash.

Using a proper incense holder designed for sticks will allow ash to collect safely while the fragrance burns evenly and slowly.
