Lights Out Decaf is a rich, sweet decaf that doesn’t compromise on flavour. With notes of brown sugar, dried fruits, and walnut, it offers a round, deeply sweet profile that works beautifully as both filter coffee and espresso.

The coffee in Lights Out Decaf comes from the Telila Coffee Washing Station in the Jimma region of Ethiopia, owned and managed by Mike Mamo. Situated at 2000 meters above sea level in Kecho Anderacha Kebele, Gera Woreda, the station processes Ethiopian varieties Gibirinna 74110 and Serto 74112 using a washed method.

Telila is known for its focus on quality control and experimentation, producing impeccably clean washed lots, as well as fermented honey and natural processed coffees. They go a step further by separating lots based on the kebele (village) from which the cherry came, showcasing the unique characteristics of each micro-region.
