Made with whole vanilla pods ground directly into an 83% dark chocolate, these bars are surprisingly mellow and naturally sweetened by the aromatic vanilla. We finish these bars with a generous sprinkle of cacao nibs for a satisfyingly crunchy finish.
The name 'Forest Garden Vanilla' represents the connection between vanilla and cacao. These vanilla vines grow on and intertwine through the forest garden cacao trees from which ChocoSol sources cacao. The concept of agroecological 'forest gardens' that support clean soil, healthy plants, and biodiversity is central to our mission and vision of providing ethically sourced, sustainable cacao foods.
