Dillon’s Peach Bitters is a small-batch, limited-edition blend crafted with fresh Niagara peaches, basil, and vanilla on a Niagara wine grape base. Created in collaboration with Cocktail Emporium, these bitters were designed to be endlessly versatile—use them in place of a citrus squeeze, enhance floral and fruity gins, or elevate bourbon sweet tea, an Old Fashioned, or a Whiskey Sour. Beyond cocktails, they add a vibrant lift to green iced tea, fruit salads, or grilled chicken and fish. 50% ABV.
